Daisy’’s aim is to ensure that the Group is compliant with all regulatory requirements for its industry as well as internally recognised ISO standards. We fulfill these requirements by training, monitoring and auditing while continually updating our policies and processes to ensure they reflect changes in legislation. We have achieved certifications and accreditations for Daisy Group and its subsidiaries through our dedicated work in compliance.

Daisy Communications Ltd has successfully achieved ISO9001 certification for Quality Management, ISO 14001 certification for Environmental Management and ISO27001 certification for Information Security, making us a provider who has certified evidence of outstanding work and keeping our customers as the focus of what we do.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard for the quality management of our business. It demonstrates that customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Our ISO27001 certification demonstrates how effectively we maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our data. For both ISO 9001 and 27001 we are audited by BSI, a UKAS accredited Certification body that is an industry leader in the UK.

To support the effective implementation of our compliance program we have a dedicated compliance team that report into the Group’’s Executive Board. Our compliance program is designed to ensure that all employees meet the high standards we have set for ourselves.

 

Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

This Policy Statement applies to Daisy Group (“Daisy”) and each of its subsidiary companies.

 

Daisy’’s Regulatory Compliance Policy

Daisy’’s aim is to be compliant with all regulatory requirements for its industry. Daisy consistently works towards fulfilling these requirements by training and monitoring our people, auditing and updating our policies and processes so they reflect new and existing regulations.

It is Daisy’’s policy to conduct all of its business in an honest and ethical manner. Daisy takes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and is committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all of its business dealings and relationships wherever it operates and implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery. Daisy also encourages its agents and business partners to adopt and operate their businesses on principles equivalent to this policy.

Daisy will uphold all applicable laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption, including the Bribery Act 2010.

It is widely accepted that bribery and corruption cause poverty and suffering and inhibit economic growth. Bribery and corruption are punishable for individuals by up to ten years’ imprisonment and if Daisy is found to have taken part in corruption Daisy could face an unlimited fine, be excluded from tendering for public contracts and face damage to its reputation. Daisy therefore takes its legal responsibilities very seriously.

The prevention, detection and reporting of bribery and other forms of corruption are the responsibility of all those working for Daisy or under Daisy’’s control. All workers are required to avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of this policy.

All workers are encouraged to raise concerns about any issue or suspicion of malpractice at the earliest possible stage and Daisy will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith under this policy, even if they turn out to be mistaken. Daisy is committed to ensuring no one suffers any detrimental treatment as a result of refusing to take part in bribery or corruption, or because of reporting in good faith their suspicion that an actual or potential bribery or other corruption offence has taken place, or may take place in the future.

Daisy has an adopted and enforces an Anti-Bribery and Corruption Code of Conduct which applies to all of its workers, agents and business partners.
